Councillor for Drybrook and Lydbrook, Deputy Leader of Reform UK Gloucestershire, and a senior finance professional bringing two decades of commercial discipline to local government.
A Gloucestershire County Councillor and Deputy Leader of Reform UK Gloucestershire, I bring more than two decades of senior financial and commercial experience to public service.
In my professional career I am UK Finance Manager at RWE Renewables UK, one of the country’s leading offshore wind developers and operators, with responsibility for financial governance across major UK infrastructure projects.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and am a long-term ACCA Affiliate. My earlier career spanned banking at Lloyds Banking Group, aerospace at GKN, and global manufacturing — giving me a clear-eyed understanding of how budgets are spent, how value is measured, and where waste creeps in.
On the Council I serve as Vice Chair of the Gloucestershire Economic Strategy Scrutiny Committee and sit on the Council’s Pension Board — roles where that financial background informs how public funds are stewarded and how the county’s economic strategy is shaped.
I live in Ruardean Hill in the Forest of Dean.
